2024年の建築学会年次大会は，明治大学（お茶の水）で開催され，大学院生が発表しました（August 27th and 30th）．
建築学会前日には，「20年後を作る会」が大岡山で開催されました（August 26th）．Sujan Pradhanさん，準備してくれて有難う．We are ready to hit AkaDake.Shristi&Naresh are walking down from YokoDake.Naresh is walking from IoDake to YokoDake in the Yatsugatake range (Mountain Day, Aug. 11th).It was nearly 40 degrees celsius in Kyoto.Mountains are just a few hours away.Milan Cathedral (Italian: Duomo di Milano) is breathtaking.
We joined the World Conference of Earthquake Engineering in Milan (June 30th – July 5th). The papers were presented by Ravi, Clarissa, Naresh, Priyana, Trevor, and Sam. Five of us stayed in a same AirBNB with David Mukai and had a wonderful time with some visitors (Christy Huang, Ravi Singh, Kim, Joe Maffei).
Three plates with three drinks cost 6 dollars (June 5th). They were pretty good.We visited Shanghai to join the 8th Joint Workshop for Building/Civil Engineering between Tokyo Tech & Tongji (June 6-8).Prof. P. Maskey and Prof. G. Motra (Tribhuvan U, Nepal) visited TIT (May 20th).

We had February lunch (Feb. 27th).Ravi Singh (Fujita Corporation) finished his final exam and got his Ph. D. The photo was taken with Dr. Nam (Feb. 6th).We had snow in Yokohama (Feb. 5th).Prof. Marina Moretti (National Technical University of Athens, Greece) and Prof. David Mukai (U. of Wyoming, USA) spent three days with our students (Jan. 9 – 11). Ravi Singh took his final defense, which his friends and colleagues joined (Jan. 5th).
